Curriculum Creator
We're looking for a curriculum creator with experience in both language education and AI tools to help us rapidly expand and enhance our language learning content for our mobile app. Our app focuses on immersive, conversation-first learning, and we're scaling fast.
This is not your traditional curriculum creation role — we're looking for someone who can leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or custom GPT agents) to accelerate the creation of structured, engaging, and interactive learning materials across multiple levels (beginner to advanced) and multiple languages.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing curriculum frameworks and lesson structures based on CEFR or ACTFL standards
- Generating and refining high-quality lesson content using AI (dialogues, drills, variations, listening/reading exercises, etc.)
- Collaborating with our internal AI team to create modular content that fits within our app experience
- Creating grammar and vocabulary progressions that build logically and conversationally
- Incorporating cultural nuances and real-world communication contexts
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in language education (ESL, Spanish, French, Portuguese, etc.)
- Strong grasp of instructional design and curriculum development
- Proficient using AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or custom GPT workflows
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
Bonus: experience writing or editing content for other language apps like Duolingo, Babbel, Rosetta Stone, etc.

- Notion
- (Optional) Figma, Airtable, or similar collaborative tools
