Physician Assistant - SNF Rehab & Post-Acute Care
Medrina
Medrina is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our SNF team in California. The role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery and stroke management, with a collaborative lead provider and no nights or weekends. You will provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and document in EMR while working independently in a SNF setting.
