Synergy Care is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who will also serve as Rehab Director for our St. Cloud, FL location. This on-site role supports an Independent, Assisted Living facility offering on-site rehabilitation services to residents. The candidate must have an accredited PTA education, hold NBPT certification, and possess or be eligible for Florida PTA licensure.
