This position involves operating heavy machinery, supervising a small team of 1-5 members, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout project execution. The ideal candidate will be skilled in equipment handling, team coordination, and maintenance oversight to support successful site management. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Supervise and coordinate a small team of 1-5 workers Enforce adherence to safety regulations and site compliance standards Layout and Execution of Utility installation and Grading Ensure quality control and resolve on-site operational issues Facilitate effective communication and time management within the team Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation High school diploma or equivalent Expertise in heavy equipment operation and load handling Knowledge of construction site management and safety regulations Proven team leadership and coordination skills Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities Knowledge of GPS is a Plus
