Overview:

Kuhn & Gustafson Land Surveying is a family-owned company with 40 years of combined experience in the land surveying industry. We specialize in boundary surveys, topographic surveys and construction staking. We’re looking to add key individuals to help us build the premiere land surveying firm in central Indiana.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Survey Crew Chief to join our fast-growing team who is knowledgeable with robotic total stations and GPS. Must be able to perform field surveys on a one or two-person survey crew. Field surveys include construction staking, topographic and boundary surveys. Must be able to communicate clearly with clients, co-workers, peers and the public.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Positive, can-do attitude

· 2+ years of experience

· Proficiency with GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors

· Ability to organize field notes

· Ability to read Construction Plans

· Ability to execute field staking

· Strong math skills

· Valid drivers license

· Reliable transportation

· Some travel required, varies
