We are looking for friendly, outgoing Hosts who love making people—and their dogs—feel welcome. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll help set the tone for a fun, organized, and memorable O.H.S.O. experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. In this role, you’ll greet guests, manage the waitlist, answer phones, seat tables, and help keep the front door running smoothly. You’ll work closely with servers, managers, and the rest of the front-of-house team to keep service moving and make sure every guest feels taken care of. Dogs are a big part of the O.H.S.O. experience, so you must enjoy having four-legged guests around! Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude Manage the waitlist and provide accurate wait-time estimates Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest questions Seat guests while balancing table preferences and server rotation Provide menus and answer basic questions about the restaurant Welcome four-legged guests by providing a fresh water bowl for every dog dining with us Monitor the dining room and waiting area to help maintain an organized flow Check in with guests and help address concerns when needed Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and other team members Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entryway, and waiting area Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed Thank guests and invite them to return as they leave Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with guests Strong multitasking and organizational skills Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environmentn Strong communication and guest-service skills Willingness to help wherever needed Ability to stand for extended periods of time, typically between five and nine hours Pay $15.15 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees who average at least 30 hours per week after 12 months of employment Health Savings Account with employer contribution for eligible employees Paid sick leave Paid parental leave for eligible full-time employees 50% employee discount on food and merchandise Access to earned wages before payday through our pay-on-demand program 10810 N Tatum Blvd, Ste 126, Phoenix, AZ, 85028 #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobleads-US
