A well-established and growing physician-owned practice is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join its outpatient team in Alpharetta, GA, a rapidly growing community in North Georgia. The practice is known for its patient-centered approach, strong provider support, and commitment to work-life balance. Providers also have access to additional office locations in Johns Creek and Dawsonville, with a new Cumming location planned to open in 2028. Position Overview: 100% outpatient with no hospital responsibilities Monday-Friday schedule Average patient volume of 20-22 patients per day 1:12 call rotation, with calls screened and handled by an APP first Dedicated scribe support Charting completed during clinic hours-no taking work home Collegial group focused on long-term patient relationships and quality care EMR: Epic Compensation & Benefits: Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary Transition to 38%-40% of collections after the guarantee period Productivity incentives and retention bonus Full benefits package including health insurance, malpractice coverage, 401(k), CME allowance, and PTO Strong earning potential in an established and growing patient base Why Alpharetta, Georgia?
