Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew to ensure efficient workflow. This is a hybrid position, Ideal candidate will be able to fit/weld parts Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in safety, quality, and productivity. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner. Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in the planning and scheduling of work assignments. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
