Financial Services Specialist

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Alexandria, VA. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, including investment options, retirement planning, and wealth management Assist clients with banking transactions, account management, and resolving inquiries Conduct financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross‑selling bank products and services Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients Process loan applications, credit card applications, and other financial products Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow‑up Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a secure and organized work environment Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial knowledge and skills Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide a positive customer experience Requirements 5+ years of banking experience Must have some credit union experience System - Symitar and/or Meridian Link Banking cross‑selling experience Candidate must be flexible location wise as they are working to open up a location in DC in addition to the ones they already have in MD and VA The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
