ABOUT US
We are a privately funded, family-oriented group of locally owned home improvement companies serving residential homeowners across the country. Our portfolio includes windows/siding/doors/roofs, luxury pergolas, and residential painting, all built on the same foundation: high-character people, proven systems, and a performance culture that rewards closers.

THE ROLE - StruXure of the Rockies
This is an outside sales, commission-based position (exempt) across all locations. As an Area Sales Executive & Design Consultant, you'll run in-home consultations with residential homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close, on the same visit.

 
We set you up to succeed: company-generated leads supplement your pipeline, and every new hire completes a paid, training program before stepping into the field. You'll learn a proven in-home sales methodology. We start our new team members on a rolling monthly basis with training starting the second Monday of each month.

Every one of our companies is in an active growth phase. The person who joins now has a real opportunity to make an early impact, and to be rewarded for it.

Candidates for this role must be located in the Denver, CO metro area

WHAT YOU EARN

• On-target earnings of $100,000–$200,000 annually, earned through commission on closed sales. This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings. The stated range represents a good faith estimate of what a consistently performing employee can expect to earn in this role, based on average job sizes and typical sales activity. Individual results will vary based on performance and volume.
• No earning cap, your effort sets the ceiling.
• Paid training from day one.

 
Consistent performers build strong, predictable income, often within the first 60 days.
