Working closely with modality DRIs, Quantum AME, Fab 8, and Fab 9 engineering teams, this individual helps coordinate development lots, track action items, resolve execution barriers, and ensure manufacturing readiness activities are completed.Essential Responsibilities:Track development lot progress across multiple quantum programs.Coordinate experiments, split lots, and characterization activities.Drive closure of action items arising from technical reviews.Support execution of customer demonstrations and development milestones.Manufacturing Coordination:Interface with Fab8 and Fab9 engineering organizations.Support readiness reviews for tools, materials, metrology, and process flows.Identify schedule risks and escalate issues to project leaders.Cross-Functional Communication:Participate in meetings with modality teams, AME organizations, and manufacturing groups.Maintain execution dashboards and project status reporting.Document lessons learned and best practices.Other Responsibilities:Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Required Qualifications:Associates Degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.3+ years semiconductor manufacturing or technology development experience.Strong organizational and project tracking skills.Ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.Preferred Qualifications:Highly organized.Strong communicator.Action-oriented.Comfortable in rapidly evolving development environments.Expected Salary Range $69,000.00 - $120,000.00.
