What You'll Do

• Connect with Medicare-eligible seniors and educate them on Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage.
• Assess clients' needs and help them understand available coverage options.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process while providing a clear and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records within our CRM system.
• Build relationships with clients and provide an exceptional, service-focused experience.
• Follow applicable Medicare, carrier, and insurance compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Active Health Insurance license required.
• Previous insurance or Medicare experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and explaining information clearly.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
• Coachable, dependable, and motivated to grow professionally.
• Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help seniors.
• Ability to successfully complete a standard background check.

Licensing & Background Requirements

Candidates must already hold an active Health Insurance license to be considered for this position.

As part of the screening and hiring process, candidates are also required to complete a background check.

Certain criminal convictions may affect an individual's eligibility to maintain or hold an insurance license in Georgia and may require additional review in accordance with applicable state requirements.
