As Senior Designer you create strong strategic and conceptual creative across a wide range of work, from brand systems and campaign ideas to presentations, digital, video, and launch materials. You work across opportunities spanning from deal base marketing, omnichannel, and account base marketing. You are the kind of designer who can think, not just execute. You know how to develop concepts, originate visual systems, and work across formats without losing clarity or quality. You are comfortable making decisions and leading projects, partnering closely with leadership, writers, strategists, and external collaborators to deliver high value to our clients. Tasks Key Responsibilities Creative development: Develop strong creative concepts and visual systems that successfully tell the story of the value proposition and differentiators of our clients Turn ambiguous or complex content into clear, compelling and digestible creative Be able to go from conception to final execution Design craft: Create high-quality designs with strong typography, composition, image selection, and visual storytelling Build scalable visual systems that can extend across multiple deliverables and channels Maintain a high standard of polish and cohesion across all outputs Cross-channel execution: Work across a broad range of deliverables, including ads, video support assets, digital content, web-related design, presentations, media, and launch materials Adapt ideas across formats while preserving the integrity of the core concept Collaborate with freelancers and specialists where needed, including motion, video, and production partners Team collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters, creative leadership, and project management to shape work that is both strategic and executable Present work internally with clear rationale and participate in refining concepts through feedback Support a lean, fast-moving team by working with autonomy and good judgment Agency growth: Help raise the overall creative standard of the agency as we scale Contribute to building a reliable creative bench and ways of working that support quality at speed Bring the versatility and mindset needed in a small agency environment where every hire has outsized impact Requirements What We’re Looking For You are a strong conceptual designer with art direction instincts and agency training. You can develop ideas, not just decorate them. You are comfortable moving across formats and solving communications problems visually, especially when the subject matter is complex, technical, or high-stakes. You bring a broad creative range, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently without a lot of hand-holding. You thrive in a lean environment where the work is varied, expectations are high, and thinking matters as much as execution**.** Required Skills and Experience Significant experience in design and/or art direction, ideally in agency environments Background in concept-driven creative work across a broad range of formats, such as campaigns, digital, video, presentations, and brand systems Strong visual craft across typography, layout, image systems, and design consistency Ability to create and extend visual systems across multiple touchpoints and deliverables Experience working on launches, new business, campaigns, or other concept-heavy assignments Comfort translating complex or abstract business ideas into clear, compelling creative Experience collaborating with writers, strategists, project managers, and external creative partners Ability to operate with autonomy in a lean, scaling business Experience in B2B, professional services, consulting, or other complex-category environments, a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Hemisphere
