Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long term care settings required. (Client‑specific requirement.) Experience evaluating residents, developing therapeutic plans of care, and documenting functional goals and treatment progress. Ability to perform therapeutic procedures and modalities under physician or authorized provider orders and follow department protocols. Effective communication skills to collaborate with residents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Preferred: prior experience in post‑acute care or rehabilitation programs serving older adult populations.
