Specialty Representative, Parkinson's Disease - East Bay/Sacramento/Reno, CA

Field-based specialty sales representative role focused on Parkinson's Disease treatments in the East Bay, Sacramento, and Reno regions. Responsible for executing brand strategy, managing territory accounts, and driving sales performance while building customer relationships centered on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and tactics to achieve sales performance targets and marketing objectives
• Develop and execute call plans optimizing coverage and frequency to maximize customer access and sales opportunities
• Create pre-call plans and conduct post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales effectiveness
• Build market intelligence on customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, and disease state information
• Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to maximize brand performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 5+ years industry experience with 3+ in pharmaceutical/healthcare
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge with recognized expertise
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales with strong presentation and business acumen
• Ability to identify customer behaviors and adapt sales approach accordingly
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and safe driving requirements
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements
• Strong collaborative and leadership capabilities in matrix environments
