What You'll Do

As a Financial Services Officer, you'll play an important role in helping members succeed by providing exceptional service and financial solutions.

Member Service

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account services
• Open and maintain member accounts
• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service every day

Lending & Financial Solutions

• Assist with consumer loans, including personal and auto loans
• Guide members through the loan application process
• Help members understand products and services that fit their needs

Relationship Building

• Build trusted relationships with members and the Rugby community
• Recommend solutions that support members' financial goals
• Create positive experiences that keep members coming back

Branch Operations

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Help maintain a secure and professional branch environment

• Transactions and account services are completed accurately

What You Bring

• Customer service, retail, banking, or credit union experience preferred
