Job Title: Account Executive Job Location: Mt Juliet, TN Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting patients to quality senior living services by educating providers and families, building referral relationships, coordinating admissions, and assessing needs and barriers to care. Position Overview A few highlights of this position: Educate health care professionals, patients, and families about home care and senior living services. Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices to generate leads. Coordinate patient admissions with the team, including obtaining all required documentation to complete the referral-to-admission process. Track leads, document activity in CRM, meet admissions and account goals, attend community events, and respond to customer concerns. Key Responsibilities Build referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. Educate providers and families about our services and benefits. Manage the admissions process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain activity in CRM and track progress toward admissions and account goals. Represent the company at community events and address customer concerns in a timely manner. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related business development or community outreach role. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Self‑motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable vehicle or public transportation.
