Responsibilities:
Oversee dental service activities and personnel
Plan and treatment coordinate dental services
Work collaboratively with the dentist and hygienist to implement appropriate dental procedures and programs
Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Previous experience in healthcare or other dental fields
Experience in a leadership role
Strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
