Your Role as Assistant Manager:

Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and team leadership
Deliver and coach the Sport Clips MVP experience
Help recruit, train, and retain top talent
Drive sales performance, productivity, and client satisfaction
Maintain a positive, professional salon environment
Step in as manager-on-duty when needed

Qualifications:

Active Cosmetology or Barber License (Kansas)
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong skills in men's haircuts, fades, and grooming
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Results-driven with a passion for growth and development
