Confidential Opportunity | Digital Marketing Manager The Opportunity We're partnering with a fast-growing, multi-brand apparel company seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across a portfolio of six consumer brands. This is a highly hands-on role for a performance marketer who enjoys building strategy, executing campaigns, optimizing spend, and directly influencing revenue growth. What You'll Own Lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest & Snapchat Manage campaign architecture, audience strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and daily optimization Partner closely with eCommerce and Creative to align paid media with product launches, promotions, and merchandising priorities Analyze performance across ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and other key KPIs while developing actionable reporting and insights Continuously test, iterate, and scale campaigns while staying ahead of platform updates and industry trends What They're Looking For 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle eCommerce Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max & Merchant Center) Proven ability to profitably scale paid acquisition through data-driven decision making Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4 and performance reporting Ability to brief creative teams on high-performing ad concepts and creative testing strategies Experience managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously is highly preferred Ideal Profile This role is best suited for a performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced DTC environments, enjoys balancing strategy with execution, and wants full ownership over paid media performance across multiple growing brands.
