This position is responsible for managing scheduling, supporting customers, and coordinating order management and routing using proprietary dispatch software and standard office tools. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential to effectively handle customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate dispatch activities within a small team
• Provide responsive customer support and resolve issues promptly
• Manage orders and ensure accurate routing for deliveries
• Maintain clear and effective communication via phone and email
• Accurately enter and update data using dispatch and office software
• Collaborate closely with team members to optimize workflow
