Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and insurance claims
• Coordinate financial arrangements with patients
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
• Answering patient calls and scheduling appointments
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families

Required Skills:

• Experience with insurance claims(reimbursement/ reconciliation)
• Experience with reports(accounts receivable, aging, etc)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with OpenDental & NexHealth software
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Front desk experience

Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $42,000.00 annually
