As a leading provider of custom apparel, uniforms, and promotional products, we're dedicated to delivering top-notch branding solutions to businesses of all sizes. Now, as we scale up, we need a dynamic Operations Manager to optimize our operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Stay ahead of market trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance operations.
Assist in implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
Streamline workflows and cut costs while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Aid in administrative tasks like QuickBooks management and sales order processing.
Ensure smooth procurement and inventory management.
Cultivate relationships with suppliers for optimal terms and pricing.
Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation.
Uphold quality standards and safety regulations.
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Recruit and develop top talent.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Implement safety protocols and contingency plans.
Align operational activities with overall business objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred.
Proven experience in operations management, ideally in our industry.
Strong leadership skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Proficiency in data analysis and ERP/MRP systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
