Greensboro/Winston-Salem - SITS REMOTE - This position requires daily and weekly travel to the surrounding areas for appointments (1.5 hour radius) Requirements 1+ years of experience in Sales Strong passion for residential real-estate Eagerness to meet with clients daily, flexibility to attend appointments if needed FLEXIBLE TO DRIVE AROUND A LOT CRM experience Responsibilities The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and securing real estate opportunities, including wholesale deals, land purchases, and property flips. This role focuses on building relationships with homeowners to acquire properties, while also engaging with investors to ensure deals meet their criteria. Daily activities include attending property evaluations, following up with homeowners, cold calling targeted lists, and maintaining an organized CRM with up-to-date notes and tasks. Success in this position requires strong communication, proactive prospecting, consistent appointment attendance, and effective time management. The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership of performance, adaptability to technology, and a collaborative mindset, while participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with goals. Day to day Attending scheduled appointments with homeowners to evaluate properties. Following up with homeowners after appointments to maintain communication and move forward with potential deals. Cold calling targeted lists and old leads to generate new appointments.
