IT Business Analyst

Overview Inceed has partnered with a great company in the upstream oil & gas industry to help find a skilled IT Business Analyst to join their team! Join an innovative team driving AI and data initiatives across multiple locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in bridging the gap between technical teams and business departments. You'll be instrumental in identifying process gaps and proposing AI-driven solutions. This position is open due to the company's expansion and commitment to leveraging AI for enhanced business processes. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between technical teams and business departments Identify and analyze data needs and process gaps Propose AI solutions to enhance business processes Collaborate with teams to implement AI-driven solutions Track progress of AI initiatives and provide updates Proactively engage with departments to identify improvement areas Conduct regular meetings with department teams Facilitate communication between onsite teams and the central office Ensure solutions align with company objectives Maintain detailed records of project progress and outcomes Required Qualifications & Experience 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a solid understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas processes.
