Come Join Our Great Team!Kindly Direct Care is seeking male and female DSPs who are reliable, caring and motivated to aide individuals with developmental disabilities attain independence and build better lives for themselves, their families and their community.The Direct Support Professional (DSP) must be able to provide compassion, understanding, and realization of the individual's dreams.Job Responsibilities Include:Assist with individual's day-to-day needs (transportation, bathing, preparing meals, etc.)Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the communityHelp individuals integrate into the community through various activities (shopping, Special Olympics, movies, etc.)Provide encouragement and coaching to individuals who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habitsDocument the supports given and activities completed throughout the dayJob Requirements Include:One (1) year working with individuals with developmental delaysG.E.D /High School DiplomaValid Driver’s License and VehicleCurrent CPR/First Aid CertificationJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourSchedule:Full timePart timeWeekends availableEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Work Location: One location
