Our organization is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Fort Collins and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Learn and implement our proven sales system through hands-on training
• Develop new business relationships by presenting our products to local businesses
• Generate and maintain new client accounts
• Build a long-term referral network and residual income stream
• Manage your schedule independently while meeting performance goals
• Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outside sales, direct sales, business-to-business sales, or related fields preferred
• Ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Active insurance license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain licensing upon hire
