Location downtown Seattle Hybrid Schedule 4 days in office, Fridays are WFH Compensation $90k to $115k + 5% bonus Benefits 15 days PTO 10 days "work from anywhere" 9 holidays + 2 personal days 401k - 4% match + 3% employer contribution Health Care Benefits - range of options for you and dependents ORCA Pass Employee Morale Events: BBQ, Holiday Party, Bowling, Lunch with President Responsibilities Managing the full Profit & Loss Statement for 3 - 4 entities Onsite visits to operating companies Presentations to Leaders Budgeting & Forecasting Creating data alignment for information sources from different systems Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 4+ years corporate FP&A SQL & Power BI Knowledge of Financial Planning ERP software Embracing AI fully and responsibly Comfortable traveling for work for one week every quarter or so Happy in a dynamic environment with lots of change NOTE: If you are out of state but moving to Seattle soon, please be sure to send me a DM.
