Job Description

Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (AS9100 & ISO)
Act as Management Representative for all quality and compliance matters
Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
Interface directly with customers, auditors, and suppliers on quality topics
Oversee inspections, training, documentation, and audit readiness
Ensure MIL-spec compliance across RF/MW products and sub-assemblies

The Successful Applicant

Direct experience in defense or regulated electronics manufacturing
Hands-on knowledge of MIL-STD-883 and MIL-STD-38534
Strong background with AS9100 and ISO quality systems
Experience with FMEA, FAI, CAPA, and failure analysis
Engineering background (RF/MW or electronics strongly preferred)
Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, hands-on environment
