Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Responsible for providing urgent and emergency care to patients in the emergency department. Work schedule includes 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks, which may consist of Saturday and/or Sunday. Participate in one on-call shift every 6 weeks. Must possess required certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC. Experience in managing various acute conditions and emergencies is essential. Requires proficiency in a range of nursing skills such as airway management, IV therapy, and triage. Expected to provide care to a diverse patient demographic, including neonates, children, and adults. Daily census is approximately 70 visits, with 15 rooms and 18 beds available. Team-based interdisciplinary support is provided for patient care. Compliance with drug screening is mandatory upon arrival. Candidates must be prepared to provide required documentation within a stipulated timeframe.
