Production Associate - 1st Shift

Responsibilities Works with area managers and other leads to perform production tasks and standard operating procedures. Finish all assigned tasks for the day as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Ensure the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized. Notify the Production Supervisor, Lead, or Maintenance regarding any problems concerning equipment or materials. Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions when necessary. Some of the jobs performed could include but are not limited to: Saw Hand, Connector Cell, Grinding, Bumping, Tube Cutting, and End Forming. Must be willing to work in a team setting to achieve ALL production goals for the day. Qualifications 2+ years experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting preferred, but we are willing to train. Multi-task in a fast fast-paced environment. Able to lift 75 pounds.
