We are currently hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Clinical Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms. Take digital X-rays and impressions. Ensure a positive, reassuring experience for children and families. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Complete accurate clinical notes. Work within Eaglesoft and Oryx dental software systems. Additional Responsibilities: Support front office and administrative tasks as needed. Help maintain efficient daily patient flow. Communicate professionally with patients, parents, and team members. Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Current X‑ray certification (state required). CPR/BLS certification. Pediatric dental experience preferred. Front office or dental reception experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment. Friendly, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude. Schedule: Part‑Time Monday–Friday. No weekends. Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience.
