How you'll make an impact in this role
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary nursing team, fostering a culture of continuous development and psychological safety to ensure every staff member provides their best care.
- Optimize unit workflows and resource allocation to guarantee that every family moving through the LDRP journey receives seamless, high-quality, and safe clinical support.
- Resolve complex care delivery challenges in real-time, acting as a dedicated advocate for both patient safety and the professional needs of your frontline team.
- Manage the unit's financial health and operational standards to ensure the department remains fully equipped, compliant, and sustainable for the community we serve.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
