Software Development Project Manager

Software Technical Program ManagerAre you an early career Software Technical Program Manager looking to work on the bleeding edge of AI hardware technology? The successful candidate will lead strategic programs and initiatives that will deliver innovative software and process improvements to our worldwide production facilities. They will work closely with our customers, product operations, and global production teams on the deliverables. This is a high visibility role in the company and will be expected to work across organizations to achieve results. You will focus on key strategic initiatives including process improvement programs that deliver results.Manage and track programs across the organization including software development, software deliverables, process improvements, etc.Attend weekly program core team meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate updates, track progress, and ensure that the program is on track to meet upcoming milestonesIdentify and communicate program risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate hardware & software engineering solutionsMaintain documentation and disseminate project information to stakeholdersCommunicate risks and relevant mitigation plansAttend regular production status meetings to provide the status of programs and record assigned actionsWhat you BringMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, and 2+ years of experience in a software development, engineering or production environment (or a Masters and 0+ years of experience).Software development experience is strongly desiredHands-on experience with Jira is strongly desiredStrong cross-functional team management, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptive communication styleGood Project Management skills in developing schedules and tracking milestones, PMP certification preferred but not requiredEffective communication to drive the program and provide clear updatesZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $75,750 - $110,000. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.Base salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
