Executive Chef: Lead Banquets & Culinary Ops

OTOR Development is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our food & beverage operations at a premier property in the United States. You will oversee banquet and restaurant services, ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance, and manage inventory and staffing on a daily basis.

The role requires deep knowledge of restaurant operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster a positive, high-performance team environment under pressure.
