CLINICAL PHARMACIST

Job Summary: Pharmacists at St. Joseph Hospital operate in both the clinical and central pharmacy settings. Pharmacists act as daily managers in the pharmacy, ensuring all work is done in a concise, timely and accurate manner. They supervise and verify all technical work, collaborate with the healthcare team to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcomes, and ensure safe and effective medication use through order verification, optimal product selection, dosage design, effective administration, and therapy monitoring.
