Job Title: Fleet Mechanic Morning Shift (3a Start) We are seeking an Experienced Gas/Diesel Fleet Mechanic to join our team. As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our delivery fleet, which includes Sprinters, Isuzu Reach, W700's, Ford Transits and Cargo Vans. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on delivery fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on fleet vehicles, including diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems Conduct thorough inspections of fleet vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on fleet vehicles Communicate with management and drivers to ensure that all vehicles are safe and roadworthy Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 4-years of experience as a diesel mechanic or fleet mechanic Experience working with Sprinters, Isuzu Reach, W700's, and Ford Transits Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues quickly and accurately Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must have own tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record We offer a well-appointed mechanic work area and a supportive team environment.
