Architectural Project Manager

Bring your design and construction documentation expertise to a nationally recognized architecture firm built on exceptional client service, professional standards, and a learning-focused culture. This Architectural Project Manager opportunity in the Akron, OH area supports high-impact retail tenant improvement work across new and existing covered malls, open‑air malls, and lifestyle centers. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include: Five or more years of experience with renovations and new construction. (Required) Proficiency in AutoCAD. (Required) Bachelor of Architecture or significant retail experience Knowledge of International Building Code Ability to run a project and coordinate with consultants Survey existing locations to accurately develop construction documents (some travel required) Prepare construction documents, develop technical solutions, and work directly with clients and consultants Participate in client meetings and provide construction administration support throughout the construction phase Salary: $55,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
