Legal Assistant/ Data Entry Manager

Collegial, niche real estate law firm is seeking a legal assistant/data entry manager. This position is entry-level but grants applicants the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and grow. This work setting is friendly and accessible due to the size of the firm. Applicant will be in close contact with other legal assistants and with attorneys. This is a full-time, in person position. Applicant can begin immediately.

Responsibilities

Researching and compiling information on properties going to foreclosure, answering phones and greeting guests, e-filing and e-recording, and letter writing.

Qualifications

College education required; ease of use with Microsoft Office, including Excel required. Good interpersonal skills required as the applicant will interface with government offices, existing clients, potential clients, and work closely with other people at the firm.
