Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform day‑to‑day Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities Oversee NetSuite integrations with third‑party applications and tools Provide end‑user training, support, and troubleshooting for NetSuite‑related issues Manage system updates, patches, and NetSuite release evaluations Requirements 2+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration experience Proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics Experience with NetSuite customization, workflows, and scripting (SuiteScript a plus) Strong understanding of ERP business processes including finance, inventory, and procurement NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non‑technical users About Us Gold Sun Chemicals LLC is a Houston‑based chemical company committed to delivering high‑quality products and solutions to our valued customers.
