Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering questions and addressing concerns with a welcoming approach.

Review existing client policies regularly to ensure coverage remains appropriate for their changing lives.

Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and on time.

Manage incoming correspondence via phone and email, ensuring every client feels heard and valued.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients joining our agency.

Maintain accurate client records in our agency software to support high-quality service standards.

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license issued by the State of Ohio.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance accounts or servicing client policies.

Strong command of Microsoft Office suite and agency management systems.

Ability to clearly explain complex insurance coverage details to policyholders.

High attention to detail when documenting client interactions and policy changes.

Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help others navigate their insurance needs.
