Job Description Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) - Brandon Exchange Mall, Brandon, Florida Core Responsibilities Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, operating the cash register, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80%). Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and applying LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%). Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist with merchandise receiving, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, follow all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%). Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager. Engage customers using promotional materials, loyalty programs and active customer interaction. Qualifications Communicate effectively with team members and guests. Process information/merchandise through the register system. Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business decides. Capable of accessing all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab and stand for at least two consecutive hours, sometimes stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and lift at least 30 lbs. Availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day, spanning at least three days. Hourly wage range: $17.25 to $18.25 based on experience and responsibilities.
