Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Surgical Services)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week | Days | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | On-Call Requirements Apply

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties within a Surgical Services Department
• Provide perioperative patient care and support throughout surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation using Cerner EHR
• Participate in weekday on-call shifts from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Participate in weekend on-call shifts covering 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and surgical service guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State or compact eligibility
• Experience as a circulating RN in an Operating Room or Surgical Services setting
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations including weekends and holidays
• Ability to begin assignment promptly upon completion of credentialing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a surgical services environment
• Familiarity with rural or critical access hospital settings
