Geriatric Behavioral Aide: Compassionate Care & Team Support

Mount Rogers Community Services Board is seeking a Behavioral Aide Nursing Home to provide essential direct services to geriatric individuals facing Serious Mental Illness and Dementia. The role will involve both individual and group support, working with a treatment team to implement treatment goals effectively. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and possess a supportive, person-centered approach while being able to work independently as well as part of a team.
