Make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success as a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a dynamic educational environment near Hephzibah, GA. This full-time contract opportunity extends through the 2026/2027 academic year, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday. Onsite services are preferred, but qualified virtual candidates may be considered after vetting.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License and GaPSC Educator Certification (confirmation required with your application)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in a school setting delivering direct therapy, conducting evaluations, and working within special education teams
• Expertise in assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
• Familiarity with maintaining compliance documentation according to state and district guidelines
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students, supporting a variety of communication needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely records and uphold state/district compliance standards
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment
