RN Float Pool Weekend Only Nights

Position Summary Registered Nurse – Internal Float Pool (Part‑time, 24 hrs per week, Nights 7PM–7AM, Weekend Only) at Baptist Health Floyd. Job Duties Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge. Deliver intermediate level of care to patients in various inpatient units as staffing needs arise. Work weekends only, in night shift from 7PM to 7AM. Collaborate with unit supervisors and house managers for staffing and care coordination. Qualifications Current Indiana or compact state RN license. Minimum 2 years of recent acute‑care nursing experience in a hospital setting. PCU and Neuro competence required. Critical Care and Emergency Department experience is welcomed. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certification required upon hire; PALS obtained within 1 year of hire.
