A highly respected and nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. The firm is open to attorneys with a background in civil litigation who have a strong interest in transitioning into education law. This is a remote opportunity offering the chance to work on impactful matters involving public institutions, school districts, and education policy. Key Responsibilities: Advise public sector and educational clients on a wide range of legal issues Handle litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters Provide strategic counsel on education law and policy Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and proceedings Qualifications: Active bar license in California. 2+ years of relevant legal experience Experience in Civil Litigation (preferred) Education Law experience is a Plus.
