We have grown rapidly through innovative design, outstanding quality and developing key retailer and licensing relationships across the country.Role Overview The Screenprint/Warehouse Associate is a hands-on production and fulfillment role supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, order fulfillment, screenprint production, screen room prep, and general production workflow. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-moving apparel production environment. The position will support both warehouse and screenprint operations, with opportunities to become cross-trained in production support, screen reclaiming, ink prep, inventory movement, and fulfillment. The right candidate is reliable, organized, willing to learn, and able to work with urgency while maintaining strong quality standards. This role requires someone who can flex between production and warehouse priorities based on daily business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Fulfillment Support Assist with receiving, sorting, labeling, and organizing inbound shipmentsPick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficientlyFold, bag, tag, barcode, and label garments according to order requirementsSupport fulfillment runs, retail orders, wholesale orders, rush jobs, and special projectsHelp load and unload shipments for deliveries to printers, decorators, vendors, and partnersPrepare orders with proper packaging, labels, packing slips, and carrier requirementsSupport carrier pickups and outbound shipment organizationHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentInventory Support Label, store, and organize inventory correctlyAssist with inventory counts and basic reconciliation as neededReport inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, or quality issues to the Warehouse LeadHelp keep inventory areas organized, accurate, and easy to navigateSupport stock movement between production, screenprint, and warehouse areasAssist with restocking blanks, packaging materials, screens, inks, and production suppliesScreenprint Production Support Load and unload garments onto the press with speed and consistencyAssist press operators with setup, breakdown, and job changeoversHelp maintain production pace to meet daily output goalsStage garments, screens, inks, squeegees, floodbars, and other production materialsSupport catching, flashing, curing, finishing, and heat press applications as neededMonitor basic print quality, including placement, ink coverage, registration, and consistencyIdentify and communicate print issues early to reduce waste, rework, and downtimeHelp keep production areas clean, organized, and ready for the next jobScreen Room & Ink Support Assist with reclaiming screens after production runs, including ink removal, emulsion removal, degreasing, and cleaningHelp coat, image, expose, wash out, tape, and prep screens under directionInspect screens and flag damaged or worn screens for repair or replacementStage job carts with screens, inks, squeegees, floodbars, and related materialsHelp ensure jobs are prepped and ready ahead of production schedulesAssist with organizing screen room supplies, ink inventory, formulas, and production materialsSupport ink mixing and Pantone color matching when trainedFollow chemical handling and safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe screen room and ink areaWorkflow & General Production Support Follow production schedules and daily prioritiesSupport rush, hot market, seasonal, or high-priority jobs as assignedCommunicate clearly with warehouse, production, and press team membersOperate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and label printersHandle garments, screens, boxes, and production materials throughout the shiftSupport other production floor or warehouse tasks as assignedRequirements What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, production, apparel, or a similar hands-on role preferred Screenprinting, apparel production, embroidery, or fulfillment experience preferred Screen reclaiming, screen room, or print shop workflow experience is a plus Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus; Zoho experience is a bonus Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Interest in learning and growing within apparel production, screenprinting, fulfillment, and warehouse operations Key Competencies Understanding of production timelines, job flow, and order movement Ability to shift between screenprint, screen room, warehouse, and fulfillment priorities Strong quality awareness when handling garments, screens, inventory, and finished orders Clear communication when issues, delays, or quality concerns arise Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay efficient and accurate during high-volume production periods Team-first mindset with willingness to support different areas as needed Success in This Role Screens, materials, and orders are prepped accurately and on time Production and fulfillment support runs smoothly with minimal delays or rework Inventory and work areas remain clean, safe, organized, and easy to navigate Orders are fulfilled accurately when supporting the warehouse team Print issues, inventory discrepancies, and workflow concerns are communicated early The associate can flex between screenprint, screen room, warehouse, and fulfillment tasks as needed High standards of quality, safety, and organization are maintained Benefits Retirement savings plan (e.g., 401(k) match) Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and more.
