Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Senior Clinical Supervisor . In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans, provide clinical supervision to RBTs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BCBA who is passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, and professional growth. What You'll Do Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS). Review client progress, analyze treatment data, and modify intervention plans as needed. Conduct parent training and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT trainees pursuing certification requirements. Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Support onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff. Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, and organizational policies. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel locally as needed.
