Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or changes Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatments Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes Requirements Current LPN licensure in the state of Alabama New graduates welcome to apply!
